Individual Therapy
I provide Individual Therapy for Adults of all ages. I draw from relational, somatic, behavioral, internal family systems (IFS), and psychodynamic techniques to address issues related to:
- relationships, attachment, & intimacy
- depression & anxiety
- identity, racial & cultural identity
- trauma (intergenerational, interpersonal, systemic)
- loss & grief
- addiction
- gender & sexuality
- career & life purpose
- self-esteem
- childhood abuse & neglect
- family of origin
- sexual assault & survivorship
I may hold overlapping identities for folks who are highly sensitive, children of immigrants, women of color, and LGBTQQIP2SA+.
My full fee is $215 per 50 minute session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. I do not accept insurance, however I can offer a receipt for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your insurance company about what they may cover.
I am able to see clients from all over California via Telehealth, as well as in person in my office space in Oakland.
